Saina Nehwal is one of the top Badminton players in around the sports world. She is one of the top women Indian players. By winning the Bronze medal in the 2012 Olympic games, Saina becomes the first Indian Badminton player who wins medal in Badminton single event. In the year of 2015 Saina becomes the first Indian badminton player to reach the no.1 rankings of the player.

 

In the year of 2009 Saina wins the Indonesia Open to becomes the first Indian Badminton player to win a Super Series tournament. Saina Nehwal is a right handed badminton player who is born on 17th Mar, 1990 in Hisar, Haryana in a Jat family. His father Dr. Harvir Singh is a scientist at the Directorate of Oilseeds Research, Hyderabad.

 

In the year of 2010 she has awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, the highest award for any sports person in India. In the year of 2010 she has won the Gold Medal in the 2010 Commonwealth games. Saina Nehwal is one of the Indian hopeful medallists in the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
