The Central American and Caribbean Games are the oldest continuing regional games in the world after the Olympics games. These Games are a multi-sport regional sports event, held every 4 years in between one of the most popular sports event Summer Olympics Games.

In this regional multi-sport events nations well known as CACs from Central America, the Caribbean, Mexico, Bermuda, and the South American nations of Surinam, Guyana, Colombia and Venezuela are included. The CACs Games are one of the oldest multi sports games which were first held on Oct, 1926 in Mexico city, Mexico.

The last edition of the Central American and Caribbean Games were held on Jul, 2018 in Barranquilla, Colombia. The 2019 Central American and Caribbean Games will be the 24th edition of this regional multi-sport sports event which will schedule to be held on 22nd Apr, 2022 in the Panama city, Panama.
